Learning to Have an Orgasm

There are many ways to help a women achieve an Orgasm. About 10
percent of women in America have never had the pleasures of
having an orgasm, and believe it or not a majority of them can't
have one through intercourse alone. So what do we do? As
individuals we self explore ourselves and find out what buttons
to push that gives us sexual pleasure. Only through self
pleasuring do we find what our bodies enjoy the most, and what
makes us have satisfying and enjoyable sex with our significant
others.
In self pleasuring, remember that it is not important to have
an orgasm right off the bat, we want to take this time to
explore our bodies, and find out what excites us and what
doesn't. You are going to want to take your time, and be
completely alone, without distractions. This should be your
time, and only your time. Remember we are here to explore
ourselves and learn what makes us sexually tick. Only then will
you be able to learn how to achieve an orgasm.
After you have made the decision to explore your body, you will
now need a little insight on what to do with your time. One of
the first things you have to do is make sure you are completely
comfortable. Comfort is important, if you are not comfortable,
then you are distracted, and that is a bad thing. Now using your
favorite lubrication, gently massage your genitals, taking in
what sensations you may feel or not feel. Explore freely, trying
different speeds, and strokes. Use up and down, side to side and
circular motions to vary the sensations. Take a mental note of
the sensations that you feel, and don't get discouraged.
I have heard in some women that it can take nearly an hour for
a woman to achieve her first orgasm. With this in mind, don't
get to disappointed if it doesn't happen the first time. If you
take good mental notes, each time you explore yourself you will
get a heightened awareness of what turns you on. With this new
knowledge you can begin to bring yourself to an orgasm. There
are other ways to achieve an orgasm, using a variety of sex toys
works well. Sex therapists recommend using vibrators if you have
never achieved an orgasm. Vibrators have been a tool used for
thousands of years to help bring women to climax. Of course I
always say start small, you don't need to go and buy the
grandest vibrator of all, just something that will allow you to
find your inner woman. Intercourse is another way to help a
woman achieve an orgasm. There are certain positions that you
can try, that will increase the sensations of your pleasure
spots. Woman-on-top position is usually best, this way the woman
has complete control, and she can control thrusting, she can
direct you to any area that gives her the most pleasure in this
position, stimulating her clitoris and G-spot. I have found that
two people who have a deep love for one another, and are
sexually oriented, will be easier to achieve an orgasm than just
having a one night stand. Two people who are in tune with each
other on all aspects of their life including sexual, have more
fulfilling and gratifying sex, and it makes it easier for the
women to relax and enjoy the moment, than stressing out over
trying to achieve an orgasm.
